Im just curious as to why im being prompted with it as A) i am an admin and B) i have smartscreen turned off. The shortcut ran as admin gets around that fine. * Waiting for the system to setup the setting and apps. More baffling is I received the UAC prompt 'This app has been blocked for your protection' referencing cmdlineextinstallerexe.exe in my temp folder. * Sign out the current account and select the hidden “Administrator” account on the bottom to sign into system.
